The Virgin Pulse Health Station provides an easy, accurate, and convenient way to measure and record your weight and blood pressure. Additionally, you can upload your Max® steps and earn reward points (only if offered by your program sponsor) for taking your measurements!

• iPad Mini locking cable + stand (or iPad Security Case/stand) with setup instructions
Setup Prerequisites
• Administrative Privileges in your organization’s network
• Virgin Pulse User ID with Health Station Admin privileges (provided by Virgin Pulse Account Manager)
• Desk with sufficient space
• Fixed structure or large object to secure cable
STEP 1: SETUP AN APPLE ID
If you organization does not have an Apple ID Follow these steps below in the exact sequence.
• Open the App Store on your iPad
• Search for the Health Station App
• Tap “Get” next to the item, and then tap again to get it
• When you are asked to sign in with an Apple ID, tap Create New Apple ID
• Follow the onscreen instructions and fill in all areas
• When you are asked for payment info, choose None
• After you enter all of the information required, you will be asked to verify your Apple ID by email. You must verify your Apple ID before you can begin using it.

STEP 3: SECURE THE UNITS
• Secure iPad in the security case/stand (see setup instructions that come with case).
• Secure the cable around a fixed object so the iPad can’t be taken.

STEP 4:SETUP BLOOD PRESSURE UNIT
• Login to the Virgin Pulse application using your Admin ID or Email and Password; ensure it is setup as Health Station Admin by your Account Manager!
• Once logged in please Select “Pairing” option so that we can begin connecting both Bluetooth devices.
• Now unpack the Blood Pressure Unit and install AA Batteries.
• Hold down the Power Button until you see the letters “PR” on the display.
• Then you will see the BP Unit appear in the device list.
• Once complete, the BP Unit, will display the word “END”.
STEP 5: SETUP SCALE
• Unpack the Scale and install the AA batteries.
• At the bottom of the scale there is a small button. Hold this button down until it displays “PR”.
• You will see the Scale appear on the device list
• The Word “END” will confirm that it has paired successfully
STEP 6: REGISTER AND TEST

• To configure the Health Station is to complete the registration. From the Main Login Screen, Select HealthZone, Admin Setup, and fill out requested information.
